Irrigear Board, 2024.

Irrigear’s Board of Directors represent the interests of all shareholders with regard to the planning and operation of the group. The Board is made up of seven people from all states in which Irrigear operates. Each Director is also the proprietor of an Irrigear Member store – meaning each Board Member knows, first-hand, the dynamics of running a water business in Australia. With the guidance of these experts, Irrigear has grown to become the largest group of water specialists in Australia.

Chairman Charlie McDonald (New South Wales) shares his thoughts on what it means to him to be Chairman, “I am greatly pleased that the Board of Directors of Irrigear Stores Ltd have elected me to the position of Chairman of the Board. Together, I hope that we can continue to advance the Irrigear business, developing and enhancing benefits to our members and their customers as well as strengthening our relationships and collaboration with our valued suppliers. Our objective is to build on the incredible work of previous Chairs, Board Members and staff while exploring opportunity and practicing first-rate governance. I look forward to the challenges and the rewards of working with our exceptional team.”
