Country Water Solutions – Award Winning WA Team

Congratulations to Country Water Solutions, winners of the Irrigear Member of the Year Award for 2025. 


Dave Furlong and Michele Schoder from Country Water Solutions were honoured to receive the Irrigear Member of the Year Award at the recent Irrigear National Conference in Hobart.

“The Team at Country Water Solutions is proud to be awarded the 2025 Irrigear Member of the Year Award from so many other successful and hardworking Irrigear stores. This award represents the culmination of the hard work and dedication of our Country Water Solutions employees since we opened the store at the beginning of 2020. We take this opportunity to thank all who have offered advice and guidance. We could not have achieved this success without the support from the wider community of our Suppliers, Irrigear Stores Ltd and our fellow Irrigear members.”

Irrigear General Manager, Simon Treptow, said of the win: “Dave, Michele and the rest of the team at Country Water Solutions, have come a long way in a short time, since becoming Irrigear members only a few years ago. Being recognised as an industry leader, by the industry’s leading suppliers is a tremendous achievement and shows the skill and ability of the whole team.”

Recognition of Excellence.

Irrigear continually seeks to 'raise the bar' on professional standards and practices, by continual programs of training, information exchange, networking and review processes which recognise excellence.

Yearly, we celebrate the achievements of our 'Irrigear Family' through two major Awards – 'Member of the Year (MOTY)' and 'Supplier of the Year (SOTY)'. The winners are selected based on results of an annual appraisal process, that scores Members and Platinum Suppliers across a range of performance and industry criteria. This year’s Awards were announced in August 2024, at the Irrigear National Conference in Cairns, Queensland amongst Irrigear Member Stores and Platinum Suppliers.
