Keith and Shirley Sproule from Mid-West Irrigation were honoured and proud to receive the Irrigear Member of the Year Award at the recent Irrigear National Conference in Cairns! “Mid-West Irrigation were ecstatic at receiving the Irrigear 2024 Member of the Year Award. To receive this much sought after award is a fantastic achievement for Mid-West Irrigation. We would like to thank our hard-working staff for all their efforts throughout the year. Success hinges on us all working as an efficient team. We would also like to thank all our suppliers for the great effort and support they have put in to help our business. Without them we all would not be able to achieve the results we all aspire too. Irrigear has become a profitable partnership between members and suppliers. Also, a HUGE “Thank You” to the staff at Irrigear for their tireless efforts in making this group the resounding success that it has become. We are proud to be Irrigear.”

Recognition of Excellence.

Irrigear continually seeks to 'raise the bar' on professional standards and practices, by continual programs of training, information exchange, networking and review processes which recognise excellence.

Yearly, we celebrate the achievements of our 'Irrigear Family' through two major Awards – 'Member of the Year (MOTY)' and 'Supplier of the Year (SOTY)'. The winners are selected based on results of an annual appraisal process, that scores Members and Platinum Suppliers across a range of performance and industry criteria. This year’s Awards were announced in August 2024, at the Irrigear National Conference in Cairns, Queensland amongst Irrigear Member Stores and Platinum Suppliers.
