When the client discovered that their old turbine pump was no longer providing the desired results, they knew they had to replace it, so they reached out to Webster Water Solutions to get everything sorted out.
The turbine pump was located at the edge of a water body in the client's premises. The surrounding area was free of obstructions, meaning the Webster Water Solutions team could focus on ensuring maximum efficiency of the new system without the stress of conflicting variables or tight spaces, and the fence between their working area and the water allowed for safer execution of the installation.
The team assessed the previous setup and client's needs in order to determine the best solution. It was noted prior to commencement of the project that the failing pump required replacement in a timely fashion.
It was ascertained that a Caprari vertical turbine pump would be the most suitable unit for the job as it aligned perfectly with the client's needs. A control box was also selected to improve oversight and ease of pump handling and water management.

Once the Webster Water Solutions team had selected the appropriate unit for the task, they set about getting the new Caprari pumping system assembled and set up on site. Their technicians ensured everything was appropriately configured, before connecting the wiring for the pump and establishing the connection between the pump's motor and the control panel. Once this was done a series of tests were carried out to ensure everything was functioning optimally, and the technician signed off on the completion of the job.
The outcome of this project is that the client no longer needs to worry about whether a failing pump will have an impact on their outputs. This gives them peace of mind and allows them to operate at full capacity.

Providing coverage for both domestic and commercial customers, Webster Water Solutions are Geelong's number one pump shop. With a knowledgeable team who are dedicated to getting the best outcome possible for all customers, they provide top quality products and services with a smile.
