All Stainless Steel Permanent Repair Clamps have been designed for easy installation on irrigation, civil and mining worksites. The clamp gaskets are made to ASTM D2240, the rubber is specially formulated for water service.
All Stainless Steel Permanent Repair Clamps are 316 Stainless Steel and have a locking washer plate; bolts are MIG welded to the receiver bar and fully passivated. Formulated for water service.
- Full Circumference Clamps: 50mm to 600mm (nominal pipe size)
- Half Clamps (Part Circumference Seal): 15mm (½”) to 100mm (4") (nominal pipe size)
- Junior Coupling (Full Circumference Seal) /Suit Galvanised Pipe: 15mm (½”) to 32mm (1¼")
- Junior Couplling (Full Circumference Seal)/Suite Copper Pipe: 15mm (½”) to 40mm (1½”)
- Available with Flanged or Threaded outlets
The armour plate inserted into the gasket is a crucial element in the performance of a repair clamp, as it provides the full circumference sealing capability of the repair clamp.
Locking Washer Plate: T316 stainless steel. Locks into position for easy tightening of nuts.
Bolt Receivers: T316 stainless steel. MIG welded to receiver bar and bully passivated. Leading edge is rounded to permit locking washer plate to slide into position easily.
Shell: T316 stainless steel.
Bolts: T316 stainless steel, thread rolled for strength. Teflon coated to prevent galling. Bolts are MIG welded to receiver bar and are fully passivated.
Nuts: T316 stainless steel.
Receiver Bars: T316 stainless steel. TIG welded to shell to form a strong fusion, and fully passivated.
Gasket: Made to ASTM D 2240 the rubber is specially formulated for water service and has antioxidant/antiozonant agents to increase shelf life.
Armour: T316 stainless steel, heavy gauge, vulcanised into gasket to provide a perfect fit and to prevent it from ever falling out.
