Irripod Farm Starter Packs – Flexible, Cost Effective Irrigation Solution
Irripod Farm Starter Packs are a flexible, cost effective pipeline sprinkler irrigation system. These packs are best suited for blocks of land with smaller paddock sizes up to 1 hectare. The Irripod system is well suited to both conventional shaped paddocks as well as irregular and rolling type country due to its flexible nature, making it adaptable to suit the size and shape of your property.

Irripod Farm Start Packs consist of 45mm mid-density polyethylene (PE) pipe with either three or five durable high strength Pod Skids. Each Pod Skid houses an irrigation sprinkler. Irripod Farm Starter Packs have been designed to run at low pressure to distribute water on a slow absorption rate over a 12-24 hour period. This also allows for effective absorption into the soil whilst eliminating water pooling and run off, with several key product features:

Irripod – Product Overview
Irripod is a component system that is simple to install and manage. The system utilises protective Pod Skid covers over sprinklers that are attached to an irrigation pipeline. Irripod can be configured to suit individual requirements dependant on application rates, the distance to be irrigated and the rotation intervals appropriate for the situation. Each Irripod irrigation line can be customised to suit varying paddock sizes and shapes whilst also accommodating existing obstructions:
- Simple Technology – Easy to assemble, manage & maintain. Does not require specialist skills or tools. UV & weather resistant.
- Efficient Water Application – Low sprinkler height means less wind drift & effective water distribution pattern. Mimics natural rainfall allowing for efficient soil water absorption & less run-off.
- Lower Cost of Ownership – Allows irrigation of more marginal land. Simple to add to if more pods are required (depending on flow). Low pressure system translates into lower running costs. Only requires one person to shift the lines.
- Versatile – Able to be used on flat or rolling country & with odd-shaped fields. Able to be moved without waiting for the irrigation cycle to be completed. The system is safe to use while livestock are grazing in the field.

Multiple Sprinkler Options – The Irripod system can adapt to a wide variety of 15mm (1/2”) or 20mm (3/4”) sprinkler types.
Stock Friendly – Sprinklers can be run in the same field that live stock are in.
4 Bolt Tapping Saddle – Creates extra strong mounting of sprinkler to base. Enables accurate positioning when mounting sprinkler.
O-Ring Seal and Spigot – Tapping saddle O-Ring forms a leak proof bond with the pipe & the spigot holds the pod in place so it doesn’t slip on the pipe.
Tough 2 Piece Pod Unit – Quick, easy assembly onto pipe. Pods do not need re-threading if one needs to be replaced.
