How It Works
How It Works: As water travels via the filter inlet and through the internal fine screen the suspended solids are trapped, allowing clean water downstream of the filter. This gradual build up on the inside of the fine screen causes a pressure drop across the filter, indicating the need for cleaning.
Semi-Automatic Cleaning Function
Screen cleaning is achieved by simply opening the flush valve and rotating the handle for a period of 15-20 seconds. The handle movement causes the internal scanner and suction nozzles to rotate in a spiralling motion across the entire fine screen section, removing all suspended solids. The pressure differential caused by opening the flush valve results in the lose solids being ejected, returning the screen to its pre filtration clean state.
All this with no disruption to your filtration system, saving both time and unnecessary effort!
