1. Works Quickly
AgriTec can control and/or eliminate harmful algae blooms in 7-10 days after only one application. In most systems, a significant impact can be seen in as little as 72 hours.

AgriTec controls cyanobacteria, including cyanotoxinproducing species, at rates that don’t harm beneficial species of green algae.

AgriTec can be applied in one location and will distribute throughout the body of water without mechanical mixing. The copper added is very soluble and does not accumulate in sediments.

AgriTec significantly reduces labour costs for the treatment and maintenance of water bodies.

AgriTec's reduced copper sulphate usage kills problem algae with up to 50-80% LESS copper versus other copper sulphate-based products.

AgriTec is effective at halting growth of cyanobacteria that produces cyanotoxins and promoting growth of beneficial heterotrophic bacteria.

AgriTec® weakens algae’s defence layer, allowing natural bacteria to consume it.

Traditional copper sulfate treatments have suffered from limited bio-availability and also settle to the bottom without agitation or careful distribution; over time this leads to harmful accumulations. AgriTec is formulated 99.6% bio-available copper which is extremely soluble dispersing easily in water column allowing it access the algae which predominately grow in the top meter of water.

AgriTec can be easily applied directly to the water source either manually or via automated dispenser. AgriTec then works quickly, around 7 to 10 days to control problem algal blooms.
