The SteadyPres is an inline water-cooled variable speed constant pressure control system for electric water pumps. The SteadyPress controller consists of three components, built into an all-in-one unit:

  • Pressure Sensor
  • Flow Sensor
  • Inverter

Reliable, compact and simple to install, the SteadyPres controller provides control and protection for any pumping system.

The SteadyPres can work with any kind of pump: multi-stage or single stage; surface or submersible. SteadyPres uses the built-in inverter to control the speed of the motor, maintaining a constant pressure in the system. As the flow increases, the speed of the motor increases, maintaining a constant pressure. With variable speed control, the cost savings resulting from running pumps at a slower speed when demand drops can be substantial.

SteadyPres features a techno polymer body suitable for potable water and its low pressure losses make it suitable for use with pumps with flow rates up to 200 litres/min.
