Franklin Electric DrivE-Tech MP Inverters are designed to power traditional pumping systems using solar energy. This way it is possible to convert old systems into renewable energy installations; or to use the same AC pumps to create new independent, cost-saving and environmentally sustainable water pumping systems.

Franklin Electric DrivE-Tech MP Inverters are able to efficiently convert DC voltage coming from solar panels into AC voltage for powering a wide range of pump types across a range of applications.

MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) maximising, for various conditions of solar irradiation and temperature, the electrical power drawn from the solar panels to the amount of pumped water. Pump speed is constantly adapated to available solar irradiation, thus optimising the amount of pumped water and making efficient operation even in conditions of low sunlight.

Pump efficiency, protection and flexibility.
DrivE-Tech Inverters also offers complete pump protection against surges, overloads and dry running. As DrivE-Tech Inverters can be used with a wide range of pumps, you have complete flexibility across a wide range of pump types and applications – surface pumps, submersible pumps, multi-stage or centrifugal.

No sunlight? No problem.
DrivE-Tech MP (MultiPower) Inverter models are also able to be powered in DC by solar panels or AC from the network grid or generator – so you have continuous power availability even when the sun isn't shining! This ensures a functioning pump at any hour of the day. This can also control peaks of water demand using AC input to avoid the oversizing of the solar panel system.

Two Models: DrivE-Tech Solar and MINI-Solar
Franklin Electric offers two models of DrivE-Tech Inverters, each with a range of power ratings to suit specific applications and system parameters –

DrivE-Tech Solar MP inverters – for larger systems with three-phase power requirements. Available in seven (7) MP (MultiPower) ratings: 3.022 MP, 3.030 MP, 4.040 MP, 4.055 MP, 4.075 MP, 4.110 MP and 4.150 MP.

DrivE-Tech MINI-Solar MP Inverters – for smaller systems with three-phase or single-phase power requirements. Available in three (3) MP (MultiPower) ratings: 2.005 MP, 2.011 MP and 2.015 MP.
